I was looking for information to replace my home air-conditioning system. I found the asm-air.com website that advertised a program that would help me determine the system I needed and would provide cost estimates. The website said the program was guaranteed and that I would get a refund if I was not 100% satisfied. I downloaded the program and paid the fee. I tried to make the program work for my house and could not get it to function properly. I emailed them at the support email given and never heard a reply. The program expires after 3 days, so I thought I would try again. Stupid me. Same thing. I have tried to email multiple times and get no response. I have tried to call and I get a voice mail and no one calls back. It is hard to believe from how detailed the website is that this is a scam but it is. Do not trust this website. To add insult to injury, they claim to be owned by military veterans.
