Below is a letter that has been sent to Jennifer in accounting regarding the amount paid to participate in the shopping account and the income to be generated as given by their marketing manager To date...nothing in the mail...and not even one phone call or message returned. Total scam

Dear Jennifer

Writing today with the emphasis on the status of the account which is the Optimal Shopping account and the amount that has been
generated to give an account balance of $6,696.74. I would assume this is generated from the marketing dollars and sales for these
accounts. And...when would these funds be available for withdrawal if needed?

Secondly, as you know I spent time on the phone with a person...Michael Anthony a marketing manager that described the retailers
that comprise the account that is established now. He also described 4 categories or ways to be paid with this project
Sell it, accept an appraisal, marketing and then the campaign of reinvesting. He used some formula as 100 as the base and 8.2% to arrive
at a figure of $8,200 But, I had a credit of $3,226.24 from the previous year which left a balance of $4,973.76 which is the figure that I
sent to AWM by cashiers check on 9/22/22 He also stated that this would provide a bi-weekly amount of $6,250 to be paid on the 1st and 15th of each
month. resulting in an annual income of $150,000. I had a text on October 5, 2022 that stated the account was running successfully and the first
commission check would be scheduled for October 15th coming overnight thru USPS To date, nothing has arrived in the mail

Jennifer...that is the history and outline of the transactions and conversations with AWM. I have called numerous times just to make contact
and sent many texts just to find out if everything described here is correct, true, with the belief that this is legitimate. You know, I try not to be
gullible and not naive taking a person's word for something described. I have fulfilled my obligation and responded, I would think your
organization is committed to fulfilling your part as well. I have had no...I mean no return phone calls or texts or anything recent to confirm that
all is well and the funds will be sent. Could you at least and in the least return or give me a phone call about the status of payments to be sent.

I would appreciate your response or some way of communication. Please fulfill your part and commitment to this request

WEBSITE HOSTING AND MARKETING OF AFFILIATED WEBSITE

I received a phone call on May 19th From a Jennifer in Accouting about an affiliated website I had set up a few years back. They said
that there was $3172.14 of earnings if I paid the hosting fees of $359.52 they would release that money I paid this they then set up an appointment for me to speak to a sales rep Micheal Aanthony from mmo investments and modern marketing LLC about doing a marketing campaign so that this site I had could make more money.
After hearing sales pitch I thought it was a good idea to pursue so the fee was $7300 they took off the $3172.14: that I had in my affiliate website account and I paid the additional amount of $4127.86 so total
out of my pocket expenses paid to Asms LLC was $4587.38. They unfroze my website and over the next two weeks I saw sales being made on June 15 th I was to receive my first check did not come tracking
number wasn't valid they said it got lost in mail and would have reissued by bank I waited still haven't received. I still see additional sales going into account and July 1st I should have received 2cnd commission check but again nothing. The only time they would answer me is when I mentioned filing a report with FBI Fraud tip site or contacting police. I have filed with FBI Fraud tip, filled out Better business bureau scam report, Filed a police report and contacted my Attorney General. And just did the review and now this complaint. I have all the emails and
invoices if you need them thank you. My affiliate website started as www.ultramall.net they changed the name with the campaign to www.optimalshopping.net. They now have an Eddie answering the phone 888-309-7200. They also go by AWM LLC
