This vendor shipped items that did not match the photos on the website (items shipped were much lower quality, and looked a little different).
Additionally, the vendor is not honoring their returns policy (even though I followed the exact steps outlined in their website, per their policy: "We are happy to offer a FULL REFUND without time restriction and cover the return shipping! Please contact us with your concern/complaint or any issues that you may have with your order, if we cannot satisfy you, you can keep your products and we will refund you! "
And lastly, my Credit card company blocked a second charge for a different amount for a purchase I did not make, so I suspect this vendor is stealing credit card information & running cards for additional charges (not authorized by those customers).

Advertised as store closing sale, jewelry is not as advertised, store is not closing. Additional money not approved was debited a month after purchase for joining their “Aspen Family” which was apparently done by checking a box that did not clearly state anything about joining anything. The check box should be clearly labeled as checking to join their club with recurring payments. It is set up as a way to trick people into checking it.

I placed an order through Aspens Jewlery in Sept 2023. I received the order but they started charging my credit card $22.95 at random times. Supposedly it is a membership that I did not sign up for, have received no products from and can not cancel because the phone number and email address listed on the website does not work. I went through my credit card company to block them from charging my credit card. The credit card company was not able to get hold of anyone at the company and they did not respond to their correspondence.

An authorized purchase for jewelry was made through the merchant website. They advertise on Facebook. The jewelry was received. Since then, 3 unauthorized charges were made for supposed membership. The membership is not clear when you make your purchase or explained in the advertisement. Comments are deleted on Facebook for this merchant, it appears they are trying to hide these membership charges from other would be customers.

The company listed going out of business and was selling their jewelry at a discounted price for a limited time. After purchasing jewelry, my credit card was charged for the amount purchased and the jewelry was sent to me. The following months, the company began charging my credit card for $22.95 on the 21st of each month. I reported the charges as not being authorized (not agreeing knowingly) the on-going charges. They misrepresented their company, their intent, and the monthly charges when purchasing the original jewelry.

I bought some jewelry online a year ago in their fake going out of business sale. They kept charging my credit card for a few months. Emailed them to stop and to refund. They said l bought a membership. But why would anyone buy/sell a membership in a company that is claiming to be having a close out sale? Reported them to my bank. A year later, they started making charges to my card again, under a slightly different business name. Again reported to my bank. Had to get a new card to avoid more of their fraudulent charges. Meanwhile, they are still selling and claiming to be having a going out of business sale. Scam.

Aspen Jewelers advertises that they are going out of business and prices are slashed 75%. They are not going out of business and will automatically enroll you in a monthly membership whether or not you select to be enrolled. They will start charging you $22.95 per month after you make a purchase.

This company started this website 3 months ago and has bought items on the Chinese website Temu for under $2 per item. They are claiming to be a long standing business, (since 2018) that gives back to non-profits with each sale. They claim that they are a mom and daughter local business that creates each piece by hand and that they unfortunately have to go out of business because the mom is just working so hard on so many other things. For that, they are claiming a $1.09 necklace they bought from China is handmade and originally sells for $52 is now only $5.98. They have literally scammed thousands and thousands of people through Facebook ads. They say that they work directly with several non-profits and even name a few, and that each year it changes. They originally had the domain aspenjewelry.com, had so many complaints through the BBB, they closed that domain and continued the scams through this new website, aspenjewelry.co. They have an Alabama phone number, but have PA address online. Please shut these scammers down!
