They're saying I signed up for a subscription that was monthly that would have been $16.95 a month but I had to charge in my account for $12.95 with no idea why it's on there and there's no contact information other than Pennsylvania and [email protected] I contacted them and they said I signed up for it with my last order but I did not have a march order with them. I had a order with them over a year 1/2 ago that they mailed but I never received it and they never refunded it and I had order before Christmas that decently was not the high quality jewlery they claimed it to be. I want to make sure they are not scamming more people and signing them up for membership that they don't know they are signing up for and getting hidden charged for.
