Received low quality jewelry. And a second charge showed up the next month again. Had to cancel credit card and have my bank refund the amount. Shipping address is listed as a heating and air business, and website location is Pennsylvania. They are getting people several months in a row for a “membership” they don’t consent to. Totally fake company. Advertising leads the buyer to believe the store is closing and that is why the jewelry is highly discounted.

Advertisement was for a family jewelry business going out of sale. Website looked normal with a 100% money back satisfaction guarantee. Items were "shipped" with a very odd tracking number and company (obviously being shipped from out of the country). They took weeks to ship. When I initially inquired about the shipping and a tracking number (that has been waiting in NJ for weeks) I asked to cancel the order. I was told the items were hand made and were taking a while to be built, then that they already shipped and couldn't be canceled. Once the items arrived the quality was awful. Nothing like what was pictured, obviously made in a mass production factory. I contacted the company right away about a return. Although they clearly post a 100% satisfaction guarantee they said they can't accept returns because they don't have a warehouse. Eventually they were willing to give a small discount on items. The refund has yet to post, however, a new charge was made by the company. When I inquired they said that was a monthly membership fee of $24 which all customers pay to help support they employees and pay for koala reforestation. They are still refusing to refund and the whole thing has been quite a scam.

Online jewelry company, I placed 2 orders and never received them. Every time I contacted the company they told me my order was on its way. My credit card was charged for both orders and I never received my purchases.
