I purchased some jewelry from the website September 19. I received the items but quickly realized the product was very poor quality. October 10 they removed a "membership" fee from my credit card that I did not approve. I contacted them and was basically told "sorry, can't do anything." I asked to return the jewelry and haven't heard back. The website states 30 day money back guarantee.
