I have a spend and save account with aspiration and had 19,000 direct deposit and when I scheduled transfers into another bank account of mine you guys froze my account supposedly for fraudulent activity and were going to send it back where it came from. So on Aug 6th was a transfer for $5,000 and Aug 7th $5,000 and the 8th $5,000 and Aug 9th was for 3,975. Your guys reason was my other bank denied deposit so you suspected fraud. Well I contacted my bank and they didn't have any transactions from you. So one the 8th magically $5,000 was in my other account then the 9th the other $3,975 was there and that's it plus I had my.car payment for 500.00 scheduled to be paid it was paid at first then came back as account frozen. So where is my $10,500. When I call I get hung up on saying aspiration ceases all communication with me. First of all you have alot of money and to not have communication is very unprofessional. Now you have my phone number blocked , my emails don't get answered. And if I call from another phone once I give my information they hang up.

I too am dealing with the same issue! When I call they verify my identity and then tell me to please be advised aspiration will cease all forms of communication with me effective immediately then they hang up. I received a 10000 dollar deposit and on the very first day they claim I withdrew 1900 but they only allow 1000 in one day to be withdrawn I disputed it with no resolution I then reported it to the BBB they altered my online statement when I brought it to their attention the froze my account while accepting new deposits they refuse to speak to me I guess they're just going to get to keep the money you and I both know it's us against the who they going to believe? I have bank statements printed out even but I guarantee u the court will still rule in the favor of aspiration I give up
