I made an online purchase on 21/03 at Forweardtap.com (QwriAinality Technology Co. Ltd), expecting delivery by 20/04. Unfortunately, my order was blocked by customs and returned to the sender on 14/06. When I contacted the company to request a refund for the product (excluding shipping costs), they refused and offered to resend the product, but with an additional shipping fee.

This is unacceptable. Cross-border commerce inherently carries risks, and this company’s refusal to offer a fair resolution is unprofessional. I have decided not to pursue a refund and instead warn others: avoid purchasing from Forweardtap.com.

https://www.assessmeny.comThe company I ordered from was called " Assessmeny" a bunch of people have stated on their Facebook page that it's fraud (I didn't see this until after I already bought it). The money was sent to qwriAinality Technology Co.Ltd according to my PayPal statement. When I look at my bank statement it says it was sent to FU ZHOU BAI YI KIAT PAYPAL.

Site says company is in USA but items shipped from Hungary and china. Items arrived late and when I tried to return for a refund I got the runaround from their customer service…they told me to just give the items to a friend a did not offer me a way to return for refund. I told them I was reporting them to my cc company and since then am receiving no responses from their customer service. In looking at their Facebook page i see multiple similar complaints.
