The offer is made directly using said information, saying they are interested in hiring you and require further information for training. Once training is done, after a month, you'll receive $3.000. Once that is over you'll be asked if you'd like to be a Full Time or Part Time Employee.
This is already very similar to another case of a company called "Cryptocurity LLC" which also offered $3,000 at the end of the first 30 days, plus a 4% bonus on completed orders.
They will ask you to send over regular information as other employees such as bank info for direct deposits, but will ask you to apply for CashApp, and send images verifying each step. Problem is, they can use that to make it seem like you're the one filling out Crypto orders and later they will come back as "Fraud" and you'll be left owing the bank a debt.
