I purchased two vending machines from Mr. Ingram who owns Assets Rule Vending and I also hired him to find a location for the vending machines and to stock the vending machines. I paid him $12,000 for this service. In my contract, it said I would not receive any money until my reserve account reached $2500.

I have not received any money yet and I purchased them over six months ago. I had a lawyer look up Mr. Ingram's company, Assets Rule Vending and it doesn't exist in the Harris county system.
