position was for secret shopper position. Signed up, provided banking info for payment. Money was deposited via direct deposit. deposit made 3/26/2025, barley enough time for funds to clear by monday 3/31/25. deposit was put on hold for allowing time to clear their bank. Made the person im communicating with aware of all this, even asked if i could send money back due to funds being on hold , was told to ask my bank to expedite the wait. no im being charged back for the amount. Bank telling me check that was deposited was altered from when it was originally deposited. it screams scam thought too good to be true and it was. Money was never really deposited in my account.
