They claim that my dog is certified as a registered emotional support animal. This is not the case. I paid for the membership and the tag with QR code that was supposed to have built in GPS tracking as described on website. It does no such thing. I have made numerous attempts to email them and no one will respond. I’ve tried to call and leave messages and no call back.
