It said that there was a "zeus virus" detected. I tried to shut it down but could not get it to go away so I crashed the computer off. Later, the blue screen was still there. In big letters it said to call Microsoft so I did. The man with the accent assured me they were tech support for Microsoft and when I said that I felt it was a scam he got a little testy! I asked why my McAfee would not have detected this and he said it came from different channels? They took remote control of my computer and in a short time said that 81 drivers needed to be replaced at the cost of $4 a piece = $324. I was shocked! He said that I could go to the Microsoft store and pay $648! Then, I was directed to pay with my bank account (now knowing that form of payment cannot be disputed) They "fixed" the problem and installed a phone # and icon on my desktop and I now know that was a malware program. I was scammed big time. Do not let others fall for the blue screen!
