Mr. Colberge will be traveling with the pets and will be in charge of their care and also to effect the exchange at your location. He will go all the way and will be doing the exchange upon arrival after the presentation of ID and signing of the insurance papers he will be presenting. I have the delivery schedule below and your shipment tracking will be updated after take-off. Mr. Dannes or the cat never showed up at the airport at the time listed above. After questioning why the cat was not received in time I received the below email:

on transit at our agency branch in Philadelphia (PHL) to be delivered to Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport
This cat is registered here with the number (********)The cat came here with all necessary papers needed, including and Insurance Cover already processed, microchip identification with microchip number registered on Immunization certificates and their Medication Papers are accurate, the test results show that This cat is free from such diseases that can attack other animals (dogs, birds, and cats). However, it should be noted that this shipment cannot proceed because the Crate is not proper for the weather condition at this time and the cats have not been in good being shipped in the other crate. We will need the normal Temperature Regulated Travel Crate for the transportation of the cats. The cat will come along with one of our pet carriers. We are facing some problems to ship your cats. We won't be able to put the cat on the flight from here unless the Temperature Regulated Travel Crate is provided as we do not want to take any chances in transporting the cat in a condition that will be stressful as Sphynx cats are very sensitive animals, especially with their skin. Your cats have been held as a result of the traveling crate which is not suitable. We do not want to take any risks as this is for your own good as Sphynx cats are very sensitive pets and needs extra precautions. So, we have decided to Adopt a well-heated/ventilated AC crate so that it could always moderate the temperature of the cat while on fly/transit due to the cold weather condition now. NB: You are lucky because your cat has travel Insurance. So rental crate fee is refundable upon delivery since the cat is insured Here are some reasons why they need an A.C Crate now and no longer a Manual pet bag below. 1.) The crate will need to be big enough for the cat to stand in without touching head on top and have the ability to turn all the way around comfortably. 2.) Airlines have temperature requirements - especially important for cats, dogs, etc Normally, nothing is shipped when it's over 85 degrees or below 25 degrees when using a manual crate but with the adoption of the well-heated modern temperature stabilizer crate, the cat will be shipped. The crate that your cats were brought in was a good crate and manual crate that is being accepted by our services but it lacked temperature regulator system and now that the weather has changed.
We will, therefore, need you to please try to see if you can acquire one of the A.C crate (Air Conditional Temperature Regulatory Crate) as we do not want to take any chances with this pet. Sphynx cats are very sensitive animals and require such attention. We won't be able to send them over without the change of this crate because due to experience of the last flight 4 pets on board the flight was sent without the AC crate due to weather changes and they have after-effects while at home with the owner. So we won't want you to take any risk in that anymore and change of policy due to this problem. So it will cost you to have this crate and we do two types of Crate Services which we offer and they are, Crate Rental & Crate Sales.
Options you May Choose Option A: Non-Refundable Crate Purchase Cost...................$1800 Option B: Crate Rental Refundable Policy (Insurance Covered)...$874 Policy Agreement.
The Insurance Company here will cover you with 90% security if you choose option B of Crate Rental Refundable. With option A purchasing the crate, fees are not refundable and you get to keep the crate which will be highly useful to you as well. (They will have to refund your money upon delivery of your cat in cash plus the money you paid for the insurance) But if you chose option B; of Renting the crate then you have to give back the crate when the cats are brought to you for delivery and you will sign a form to show that you have received them and return the crate and your money will be refunded. After we made payment of ($850) for the rental of the create we never received the updated flight schedule we then received the following email:

We had a few challenges with the health of your cat and we have been able to get her stable and she is perfectly fine now. Our Vet has some more diagnosis carried out by the Pet Control Department and their vet team to be sure she will not have any issues during the travel. As per their diagnosis, your cat needs Multi-Vitamins and Multi Energetic vaccine to ensure that she is strong enough to travel safely because it will be of great danger to take off with her, the Vet Examiner says there is a 75% risk, if she gets on a flight without the vaccines not administered, might be dangerous, remember we are talking of an 14 weeks Sphynx kitten. Allows identification of cat in properties in emergency situations so that cat and owner can be moved and reunited more quickly. We indicated that we did not want the pet micro chipped nor did we want to pay the $700 dollars for an engery shot. We sent total of 850. which was to go to pay for the multiple vitamin shot and vet fee.
we then received the below email indicating that they could not ship the cat until they received the full amout of 1780.00 less the 200 for the micro chipping.

This is all because the full amount of $1780 was paid which the company has already incurred a lot of expenses on getting all that together. We do understand you want to purchase your own micro chip. But a s listed on the email we sent to you,the microchip fees was $200., I have the information below again so you can check and get back as the remaining fees is needed., the fees $200 for the micro chip can be deducted but the rest fees is pending for us to proceed as that is the policy here. The company is already at a loss as we have to issue refunds to you considering our insurance policy but this will obviously be a loss to us. My final response to them was I wanted to speak to a manager and that since they made the decision to call in the vet they should front the bill and why was the insurance not used if that is why I purchased it.
