I was notified on January 26, 2021 (by phone #876-486-8163) by Mike Turner who was associated with Publishers Clearing House sweepstakes, stating that I was the 2nd place winner. I had won 2.5 million (cashiers check drawn on Bank of America), 2021 E Class Mercedes (color of my choice) and $10,000 per week for life. Could I make arrangements to meet with them at 4:00 (January 26, 2021). When I asked what this was going to cost me, I was told nothing, everything was free. On the second call, I was asked if I wanted to be televised when I was presented with my winnings and that he would be meeting me with state marshalls, a lady named Mary (I didn't catch her last name), auditors and an attorney. Again, I was not asked to give him any personal or financial information. The third call was to inform me that the Mercedes would be tagged and licensed (free of charge) for the next 5 years and that included a gas card (fuel station of my choice) as well. On this third call, I asked again what this was going to cost me. He again replied nothing it was all free, I just needed to present my "claimers receipt" and then I would receive all of this, when I told him that I didn't have a "claimers receipt" he told me no problem, I could meet them at the service desk of my local WalMart of FedEx and purchase one in the amount of $399.00 and then I would be immediately reimbursed when I presented them with the receipt. I had a nasty message on my home answering machine, saying that he had all these people lined up to meet with me yesterday and since I didn't show, he was not in good standing with the agency. He kept tell me that he was a Christian man, a man of his word and a man of dignity.
