I saw an instagram ad for subsidized healthcare. I called the number and signed up. The organization was from Affordable Care Act and the plan was said to be purchased on the insurance marketplace. I called Association Healthcare and "Steve" absolutely denied it was his company. even after i showed the card statement with the company's name and logo. Told me to challenge purchase with my bank.
