The company in question is purporting to be an official representative of a large private student housing complex in Champaign Illinois called West Quad Apartments (for UIUC).

The company in question is repeatedly emailing students claiming to be West Quad Apartments and saying that students are required to purchase their renters insurance policy in order to live there. Many students are being taken advantage of because they are new renters and unaware.
