Walked up to the 10th floor and was introduced to a team of “marketers and managers” and filled out form that looked like employment forms. Then after giving me a whole routine of how they go about doing what they do, which was get people to sign up for phone plans, they kept pushing a narrative of training me for a management position, with their manager training program. Never once was I told I was going to get an offer letter or anything. No salary, just based on production. I was then sat down with another gentleman in what they called an “opportunity meeting” basically telling me I can become a manager/owner and make a million a year within 2 years with my own branch in whatever state of the country I choose. I filled out a w-2 and a verification site which I wasn’t sure was real.
