I contacted them 03/31/2021 to arrange shipment of a male golden retriever to my home address. They insist on payments through ZELLE which is the same as sending cash, there is no way to recover monies once sent. I sent the agreed upon $750 for the dog and $200 for shipping on 04/01/2021. They confirmed receipt and stated nothing else would be due for the dog and they would be shipping the dog the same day. After many hours they finally said they were taking the dog to the airport and I would be contacted shortly by the shipping company with a tracking number.
The so called shipper contacted asking for an additional $1,315 for shipping. I told them no, I was told by the seller no additional fees would be due and I refused to pay any more money, I also stated they had not sent any proof the dog was in fact there, no photos or health certs, nothing. They continued to e-mail asking for the money and I ignored all e-mails.
At the same time I also e-mailed the seller from my office cell phone on 04/01/2021, using a separate e-mail and asked if the dog they had already sold to me and collecting payment for was available. The seller quickly responded yes he was available and advised how much money he would cost. The photos they have sent and videos are all of golden retriever puppies in varies countries and states (my so called dog's video clearly shows an over seas license plate in the video behind the dog, so he cannot be in Arizona!) in addition photos of other dogs show shipping labels for various locations, different houses and climates. These people own no dogs and exist only to steal money from innocent people
As of today 04/02/2021 no further contact from the so called sellers, the so called shipper and of course no dog.

I want to strongly report a vicious crime operated from this website: https://astralgoldenretrievers.com/
They are outright lying about selling puppies. This is a total scam.
I was talking to them about getting a puppy from them and they orchestrated this whole scenario where I had to send them a Zelle payment and then they would send the puppy right to my house. As soon as the puppy was supposedly on the plane to get to my state residence (as they are supposedly in Phoenix Arizona and I am in Manhattan NY), they started asking for more money for the flight insurance for the puppy. I assumed then that it was a scam because it was not the original agreement. I told them I wouldn't send another dime and they started responding a threatening way and you could tell it was a scam right there and then. Now obviously they are responding altogether about giving me a refund since they never sent the puppy. Then, I started doing some deep research about them online and I saw one complaint similar to mine and other hints that prove this is a total scam. They not only liked to me but they played on my emotions and stole from me. Although I know I will never recover the money they stole from me, I wish they would get punished for they did to me and many others and possible more in the future. We need to stop these criminals and enforce punishment upon them, as they greatly deserve.
Please help us proceed to charge and file a claim against these scammers that hurt so many people.
I have attached 2 screenshots which is a sample of the conversation. He is obviously playing the victim to make me send more money. Bottom line, I paid him a certain amount for the puppy and the transportation and he started asking for more. Now, he is not responding at all and refuses to refund me of course. Now that I am doing more research, you can clearly see that all the pictures and names on the websites are fake and they are pictures they took from online. They are criminals and they need to be stopped.
