On September 30, 2020 I contacted astralgoldenretrievers.com regarding 2 golden retriever puppies and I ordered them through the aforementioned website and was told they were $860 for one and $430 for the second with free shipping. I promptly paid a total of $1,260 through the Cash App. I was then contacted and told I had to pay an additional $155 for shipping of the second puppy as the "free shipping" coupon had expired. I then paid the $155. They told me the puppies would be scheduled for shipping on October 1, 2020. On October 1, 2020 I was contacted by Sky Express Deliveries to set up the shipping . The shipping company contacted us to let us know we needed to have a special carrier for both puppies totalling $1960 of which 95% is refundable. I promptly paid that amount. They then contacted me to tell me that I needed a temporary import/export license for $1640, of which this amount was refundable. I emailed the seller and was told to just follow through with what they were asking and I would be refunded. I promptly paid that amount. The seller claims that they knew nothing about this (plausible deniability, I presume). They contact me again and said the puppies had to spend the night at the Dallas Fort Worth airport and that they needed food and blanket or they would spend the night in the cold. This cost was $220. I then paid that amount. Today is October 3, 2020. The puppies were supposed to arrive at 12:05 pm, as indicated in an email that I received this morning from the shipping company. It is now 2:19 pm and no email - no tracking status update and no puppies. I contacted the seller via text that I did not receive the puppies and got no response.
