I ordered this beanbag thinking it would come with the filling, since the reviews all talked about the pain it was to break the filling down. The name of their product is a beanbag not a beanbag cover, after purchasing realized I would only be receiving a cover. Was told that's why they are on sale, because you don't get the filling. They also claim that they are US based and provide jobs here in the US, making it seem very US made, but I was tracking my shipment coming from China. I would have been fine with that had the product looked like what I bought. I purchased a nice suede material orange beanbag cover, received this neon orange shaggy material. I asked for a refund or how to do a return, they told me I would have to pay for shipping so I took a minute to think on it. They also offered a partial refund of $40 and I could keep the bag. I made sure I was within the 30 day range to return when I went to email them and got no response. I checked the website and it had changed from PuffyNest to Astroplush, they have all the same reviews and just changed the name in them. They also changed their return address from Longo Customs Service in California to an apartment building in Maryland. So I emailed again to make sure I should send it to the new address listed, but still no response. They are obviously ignoring me until it's too late to get any sort of refund for my product. I tried to leave a comment on their Facebook page to warn people it's just a cover, they removed my comment then removed their page. Their website was just "created" a few weeks ago, but you'll see reviews on there from years ago. My suspicion is they keep changing their name to deter unhappy and unsatisfied customers.
