After receiving my order, I found the gummies were hard and tasteless, they had no effect on me. So I called the number, got an answering machine. Left number name and requested that I would like to return product. etc. Never heard back.
Then I received a notice from Fortiva CC Company about charges put on my card. Thought it was from the original order, so did not dispute. When I received the second package from this company. went to my cc statement Discovered that they had in fact charged my account on the 17th of November $299.99. Called their number again, looked up on line discovered that they just send and never return, scam. Called and left a message to cancel the order, return the money to my account and I would return the product. I finally got through to Custom Service, that is how they answer their phone. They stated they would not take any of the 18 bottles back, they would not return my moneys except $118.,. which this girl kept saying is this acceptable to you. I said, I want all of my money back, they just charged my acct.$239.99 on the 16th of Dec.. I have contacted my cc company and explained what was happening.
