Hoka shoe sale for $39.99, free shipping and limited to one pair only -flash sale. Paid by PayPal but the seller's name was a person's first and last name (Ronald Thomason), not the business name. The email to contact the seller wasn't valid either ([email protected]). I received bounce back, because the address couldn't be found or is unable to receive mail.

Searched online for cheapest New Balance sneakers and AuSports came up. Since they showed PayPal as an option, I went with them. I will contact PayPal to see what actions they will take.

Through a Google search, I found a website (AuSport.shop) that was selling New Balance 847 v4 running sneakers in size 11.5 Wide for $78.90 with free shipping. The seller claimed that the sneakers would be shipped via FedEx and would arrive in 2-5 business days. Three weeks later, the sneakers have not arrived and when I check the website, the order is still in process. I have reached out to the seller via email with zero response. The PayPal receipt indicates that the money was sent to "Karen Constanza".

Received a confirmation from a paypal account identified as hunter.grieb immediately upon placing the order. Then received a confirmation from AuSport that my order was received and being processed. That was 15 days ago on January 10th. Their policy states they will ship within 1 to 3 business days and notify of a tracking number. I have not received the product (running shoes) and I have not received any shipping information. I have emailed their support address 3 times with no response.

purchased mens blue size 9 (wide) , Brand: Hoka Clifton 9 running shoe through website asvms.shop. Was charged $78.90 through my cc. Website has no phonenumber and no reponse to a purchase made December 21. It is now Jan 12.

Complete scam. Address is for a BP oil products laboratory. Invoices have different names on them. I paid for 6 pairs of shoes. Wrote to the support email and through the form on the website multiple times, no response. Got refunded from Paypal today. Website no longer accessible as of Dec. 26, 2023.

On December 18, I did a Google search for a pair of Brooks running shoes. I came across the website listed with what appeared to be a great deal. I purchased the shoes and received a purchase order ([Order #91048] (18/12/2023)) via e-mail. Since then I have sent multiple e-mails to the company but no one answered. I checked the address listed on the website it appears to be fake. The payPal account holder for the online site is ASIF IQBAL MUHAMMAD ALI JINNAH (Also looks fake). On Dec 20, I logged on to the site and put another pair of sneakers into the basket but did not complete the order just to see if I could see anything. I was e-mailed after that by [email protected] requesting I finish the order. I answered the e-mail requesting a refund for my previous order; no answer. Last, when you go into the website all shoes are on sale. Along with that, all shoes show 1000 on hand... They are using port 443, and the website looks legit. I have since researched and found the site was created on Wednesday 9th, August 2023 12:00 am and the cert will expire Monday, March 4, 2024, at 2:42:03 AM. Last the telephone number listed comes up with a message the number is unallocated. THIS IS A FAKE SITE HOPE YOU CAN LOCATE THOSE RESPONSIBLE

AuSport has a website that looks like a legitimate business for buying running shoes, placed the order via credit card and payment was received via PayPal, under the name of RICKYRODIG, 521 NW 72 Lane, FL 33150. When I placed the order I received a message my order was received, I never received the product and no one responded to my online inquiry regarding the shoes, status nor responded to an email I sent afterwards.

I reported the issue to my credit card company, the site seems to be a scam and someone w/a Florida PayPal acct appears to be pocketing the money.
