I purchased an item from this online store that was never delivered. They sent a false tracking number and claimed it was delivered to the proper address. When I reached out to explain that I never received the item, they told me to call my local post office and would not offer me a refund. Their website claims everything is made in the USA and refunds guaranteed. That is not the case. It is a scam.

I order a halloween item on August 16th from online. I used Paypal to make my purchase and never received any indication on when the product would reach me. I was okay with it taking time since it wasn't needed until October. I checked my order information online once a week and checked the tracking with nothing showing until the day it was delivered which was September 21st. The item was never delivered. I reached out directly to the shipper and then sent me back to the vendor. The vendor said it was delivered and that I should check with the shipper or my local post office. I have done all of that and there is no package. The shipping company used was ZYYM from China.
