A females informed me she was apart of AT&T and that my internet service was public and not private. She informed me that I needed to provide her information regarding my internet in order to change it to private. I asked her to identify my name because AT&T associates know my name by phone number, she told me my name was blank because it just listed my phone number. She got my information off of a website when I asked how she got my information.
