We ordered parts from Atgrade and we paid via credit Card. About a month went by with no communication from them. We attempted to contact them via their online web form several times, (3 in total I believe), but we did not receive a reply. Our order was then unexpectedly canceled and we received our money back via PayPal from the TALLMAN COMPANY which appears to be located in Alabama or Missouri. I am not sure how these companies are connected, but I feel it is necessary to mention our experience with Atgarde as we have yet to receive any communication back from them. At this point, they may be a legitimate business with terrible customer service, or they may indeed be a scam. Either way we felt it worth mentioning as there does not appear to be an online presence or physical address to link to any public reviews. While we did not lose money directly in the end, we have wasted time and effort, in addition to having the money tied up in this order for the month. Our order was less than $100 as we had not purchased from them before and the pricing seemed too goo to be true. Had the order been sizable it could have been devastating to our business. I would not want someone else to experience this.

As a note, we are a small distributor of pipe fittings as well, but do not sell direct to the public, business to business only. We often purchase from online retailers to fill gaps in the supply chain so this is not unusual for us to purchase from someone like Atgrade.
