I received an email this week from this supposed hr company telling me they received my CV through one of "the job portals" and then requested me for an interview via Skype, during the interview they told me I was the ideal candidate for a Manager position for an engineering company, they even told me I could work either in UK, Spain or the US with a salary ranging from 60k - 82k € in Europe or 80k - 112k $ in the US, but then they told me I had to pay a fee for them to fix my CV and make it more polished and attractive for their clients so I could have better chances to get the job, they also told me they would look for several opportunities for me in case I didn't have luck in the first offer. All sounds good and great for me, the thing is I haven't been able to find any relevant information about this company in the internet, besides their website provided in the first email where they approached me, I haven't found them on LinkedIn nor I haven't found any other information about them, I contacted back them in order to request for more information about their company or when did I apply for a position through one of "their job portals" or which job did I apply for and I haven't received any reply from them since then. Even though I want to believe this is a legit opportunity which I would like to take, I strongly believe this is a case of scamming and I would like them to be exposed if that is the case because they could be committing several frauds with innocent people.
