From a phone # 800-250-5831 i have been receiving phone calls of people trying to collect a debt for "my" payday loan that i have take out back in November of 2012.. Than has not happen i have never take out a payday load not have i take any loans in that period except a mortgage. After i have informed them that i do not have a load they have been using a tactic of "lets scare them out of their money" i have been told that they Atlantic Litigation Group will send my claim to the Salt Lake County Office and that they will take me to court, also i had a call on 29th of October 2015 form same number asking me if i will be available on 30th of October 2015 around 9 am so they can come and serve me the summons to appear in court. Also they have been calling my after hours work cellphone that i have on me at all time due to the type of work that i do. BTW i have never been served on that Friday they have even just called again today the 2nd of November, 2015 and i have asked them to stop calling since now i know they are a scam and that that they never showed up on Friday to serve me the summons. They are claiming they have no idea who would call me to serve me the papers for court and that they will look into that for me. Please be very careful do not give them any info about you even when i asked for a copy of my loan agreement they told me that they can not provide me with that and if i needed it it will be provided to me when i go to court.
