I was on Facebook and I was scrolling through posts on my page and came across Atlas financial, and they advertised quite a good description of saving credit for customers if qualified, they advertised that they were a credit card service and a debit card service and that their banking establishment accepted, almost any credit bad credit no credit And they also stated at the end of their advertisement that if denied, they automatically gave you $50 granted I get to sounded too good to be true but hell I need $50 so I filled out the banking information and upon hitting done all of a sudden when I hit done it just booted me out and sent me all the way back to my main homepage on my Facebook it did not say they accepted it. It did not say they denied it. It did not say error. It did not say a single thing except for the page on my phone blinked, and it sent me all the way back to my Facebook homepage Conveniently they have all my banking information, my Social Security information and everything so upon trying to find out what happened and if I qualified, if not, if I didn’t, can I get the $50 etc. when I call their customer service number they proceeded to tell me they have no customer service numberthat the only reason this phone number is there is to sit 30 minutes on a recorded line just to tell you to email their service through the app that conveniently doesn’t work now And that you need to contact their customer service number that they have live agent standing by for help and etc., but yet you cannot get a single live person on the phone so after I got aggravated and gave up on that by the time I exited out of my Facebook, I was contacted by a sketchy Cell phone number granted it was not a business number or a private number or whatever it was a private number that my iPhone identified as some out of country number and they were texting to me when I tried to call the phone number. It rang one time and picked up and I could I could hear somebody talking for a split second and then it went back to ringing in which I thought was extremely odd. Then it rang about 15 or 20 times and nobody answered well when I sent him a text message and said somebody needs to contact me before I get the police involved for fishing and collecting my banking information against my wheel etc. I went to call the number back and it’s been disconnected or I’ve been blocked

This came across as a credit card offer. I went through the application process then it was asking for my bank account info to verify, then connected to it through Chime. Then without me being able to confirm or change my mind, it made me login to an app. Now I can't get ahold of anyone. The number goes to a VM. The online chat is automated. I've tried to cancel the account and request my account not be charged but I can't get ahold of anyone. The chat said I had to speak to someone to cancel...then let me type a message that has been unseen.
