I found a free baby grand Steinway Model M piano on Facebook Marketplace which was posted by Bev Bernstein for her sister Dr. Joyce Ehle. I communicated over email to Dr. Joyce who said she wanted to give the piano away instead of selling it as it belonged to her late husband however she was already moving and instead of leaving the piano behind she had the movers pack it up. After she directed to their website with a link from the moving company I initiated a reroute for the item, the total cost was $590 based off weight and miles. I paid through Zelle to [email protected] (Cashier name Joy). Having dealt with smaller businesses that use Zelle I didnt think much of it. Next day instead of receiving a tracking number I received another email from the company asking for a remaining balance of $498.62 to be paid to [email protected] (Cashier name Rosa Maria Pena) due to the "high value" of the item. This not only sounded suspicious but this charge wasn't disclosed originally so I refused to send any more money until I received a reasonable answer and requested a customer service number to speak to a rep. I was never provided a number and the "customer service agent" who was emailing me became very defensive when told I wouldn't pay the remaining balance until delivery. They refused to provide the reroute tracking number unless I paid because it "could not be generated" until I sent the money. They also never gave a straight answer in regards to what address they had on file and told me to be patient. I never received a number for customer service. When I asked for a refund they asked for me to verify my address, instead I challenged them to verify the street, city, state and zip for me which was already on file for delivery. They never did but they began to ignore my questions and demands. All the numbers I called on their website were out of service or did not pick up and no address/location was provided other than a PO Box in TX. All of the numbers I called were (209) 209-4978, (876) 329-9543, and (683) 289- 5432. The PO Box provided in the invoice was PO Box 75 Paseo Adelanto, TX 92570.

Another email provided was [email protected]

I live in TN, however the company seems to be located in TX.

I have even utilized their 24/7 live chat and was met with rudeness and ignored after I asked for a refund and number to call

Facebook marketplace had an ad for a free baby grand piano. When contacted the person "Dr. Joyce Ehle" explained that their late husband had passed and they were looking to give away his piano. The piano was in shipment as they were moving and they could get in touch with the movers to reroute. I was given the website https://atlogisticsltd.com/ and told to chat with an agent and give them this code KRV1081MAWOPL to reroute the piano. After giving the code they sent a photo of what appeared to be a packaged piano. They then wanted an address to deliver it to and upfront payment for the delivery.
