Purchased a laser engraver from the website in July. Product was a preorder model to be released in august. The item was in my cart and they sent an email giving me $400 off the original price saying it’s a preorder deal. I took the bait. Got a tracking number in mid august saying it shipped. A few days later, tracking showed it was returned to sender with no other details. I contacted the company and got a response a day or two later saying they didn’t know why it was returned but would work to resolve it. Item was never shipped again. Each email was answered with vague non helpful excuses. I asked for a refund. That was ignored. Now it is September and I don’t have the product or my money.
