Type of a scam Employment
They responded almost instantly requesting an interview. When I went in I was put in a room to fill out an application.
The "HR Manager" was very brief in the interview and did not directly answer ANY of my questions and instructed me to call her later to find out if I was hired. I called and was hired ( they hire everyone) I was told to come in for orientation that same week.
I went in and there were 12-15 other people there for the same position I was "hired" for... we all watched a power point presentation and were told to call again that night for acceptance into training... The next day we find out we are selling kirby vacuums, Not being paid for 4 days of training.. They pressure you to sell your friends and family over your first weekend to get some "experience"
They also tell you there is a "base pay" which there is NOT. They make you believe that you can make $1000 a week selling this vacuum but its all a scam. The owners are the only ones making money..
The staff is foul mouthed and the men are perverts. This is a terrible work environment ( I saw the owner's wife SCREAMING at her office staff even) and a COMPLETE waste of time.
It is 100% commission based. You get paid only if you sell a vacuum for $3000
Run for the hills stay away from this company!
They send you to TERRIBLE drug houses and you work for 2 weeks expecting a check and then you get nothing.
