This company presents themselves as a legitimate tech support company contracted by Sage. They are not...Sage confirms this. I paid them $799.99 for Sage Tech Support. I have initiated a formal DISPUTE with my credit card company that I used to purchase this bogus tech support. I have initiated an ABUSE report with Sage. I will next be filing a report with FTC. BEWARE! They go by different names, phone numbers and addresses.
