Seems like I get this call every day and the voice is always forgein. He claims to be from ATT/Direct TV with a promotion. The promotion is 50% off my bill for 2 years. He is asking for $280 up front then there will not be any other bills for 2 years. I will even get a pre-paid VISA card for my trouble as payback. On previous calls I have told him that I have talked with Direct TV and there is no such promotion and he quickly hangs up, I block the call but will get another with a different telephone #. This latest # is very simular to the real Direct TV #. I truly hope Direct TV hasn't started this promotion this time because I told him to eat ***. The old saying, if it's to good to be true it probably is.
