I submitted a ticket on scammer website thinking it was for AT&T. I was previously looking at support options for AT&T and their link came up (ATT EMAIL services). Their phone call came and displayed as account services. They asked for information like name, phone number, DOB and then kept trying to get me to websites (support.me) and then tried to get me to download software where they could remote into my computer. They told me I would need to pay a one time fee to have them assist me in the future but seemed to be hoping around trying different scams.
