I was contacted by a Chinese Speaking women saying they were from AT&T New York. Said someone open a new line with them and leave my phone number, the new account has been detected sending out spam/ scam calls. She wants to confirm my name and number I just ignored her request. I say I didn't open the new account with them (She sounded shocked, but the scammers they always does that ) and they can close that account if they are so concerned. She said they can't do that, before she go further, I said, send the local authorities if you must. She was going to say more things but decided to end the call.
