I purchased what I believe to be an AT&T product from who I believed to be AT&T. The product was missing the USB receiver which is needed to use the product. Upon contacting them by email and calls many times over the past two months plus, they say they have escalated the inquiry and that I cannot return the product and have not sent the part. I believe they are pretending to be AT&T and are scamming people of their money.
