I thought I was contacting AT&T for a telephone problem but it was ATT Customer Service. I answered some on-line questions for Steve and the next thing I knew was he had control of my personal computer. He was looking at my banking information, accessing Amazon, etc. It was foolish on my part for allowing him to take control of my computer-fortunately I didn't give him any credit card numbers.

Subsequently I closed all my credit cards at my bank (PNC) and had new accounts opened,
