Call trying to get internet service for ATT but was advised Att did not service address but Spectrum did. They advised me a price but I said I wanted to pay for materials and monthly Bill could be lower. Rep advised would be a one time charge for equipment and dumb me gave them payment info. After many call later no tech had called to install service. Somehow Att was contacted and let us know they never asked for a payment up front. In other words I was scammed out of 250.00...
