Received a phone call from someone who claimed to be AT&T, and was told to log on to my computer because I was not getting the service I was paying for. He had already logged into my computer from his. He asked me to type in my name, address, email, and account information. He said AT&T was going to refund me $500.00. He asked me to log in to my bank account. I knew something was wrong at this point and hung up. I called AT&T directly and they verified it was a scam.
