I had just been sent a replacement phone from AT&T and I received a phone call from a person who claimed to be from AT&T. He said that they accidentally sent me a dysfunctional phone and that I needed to keep my old one and send the replacement to an address in Florida. I already reported the email, which deleted the original email with the address. He sent me a label and told me that I had to use to ship the phone but insisted that it must be USPS and that I must do it ASAP. I noticed that the phone was originally sent using FedEx, so I was confused why they were using a different company and a different return address. I did not send them anything but he did have my mailing address, after slipping up and reading the wrong address, he then said mine.
