I was called in 1/23/23 he told me I took out a payday loan in 2014 and did not pay it back and they were going to send me to litigations. he had my ss number where I used to work and the bank I use (webster which I have had an account for over 20 years. He said I borrowed. 950 and with interest to this day it's 1144. Because I've had three strokes maybe I forget. He then told me since my account has been closed he could not provide me with any proof. So I made payment arrangements 45 that day and 91.00 each month. Then my son told me to check them out. so I went on their website, where there were a lot of people saying the called and told them the same thing. They call me 6 times a day from different numbers and seem to be mad because I changed my debit card number.
