I received a letter in the Mail on 11/18/2024 stating that we had 7 days to call to verify the info in the letter NAME, ADRESS, CITY, ZIP CODE saying they were our current lender problem is we bought our trailer for cash from a private person NOT A LENDER AT ALL!

The Lender's name is "CLASSIFIED FOR PRIVACY" and their record ID is CTA6922518 Attached to the letter is an "Allocated Waiver" for $199.00 which is NOT a check. NO RETURN ADDRESS no way other than calling the number to get in touch- sketchy business model on its face! DID NOT CALL TO VERIFY!
