There have been several attempts to place charges against my card by a merchant I do not know and cannot identify

This company has tried to use my debit card info to attempt to use for a supposed subscription. To what? I don’t know. I called them. I sent an email. But they constantly asked me for my debit card info. And I refuse to give it to them! Thank god my bank chase reports it as fraud. And they won’t pay it unless I say it was me! Now I have to go to the bank and turn in my old card and get a new debit card! This is really frustrating and unacceptable. This co needs to be SHUT DOWN AND SENT TO JAIL! This is bull crap I have to go through this. I pay my bills by autopay through this debit card and now they will be declined because my card was cancelled and I need to wait for a new card. Then figure out what accts I have signed up with this debit card for payment. And give them the new card! This happens any time I go on Amazon. Or Groupon.

I am so upset!!!!!
