I placed an order for a pair of flat shoes that I thought I would receive in time for my first time ever trip. My charge card was immediately charged. That was over a month ago. I have still not received an update nor status on my order. I responded to an email notification that I received and was told to be patient. The order is on the way. The were not patient when charging my credit card. I am pissed.
