Acting as a process server is lying!!!

I was contacted by this so called lawyer and they were threatening to take me to court to be sued. They acted like they were from the process serving office of the county I live in. I found out that was not true. They said if I hung up the phone and did not make a payment plan or pay in full I would not have that option later. She was a very fast talking lady who tired to scare me into paying. Don’t fall for these peoples scam. They even had some info they dug up that made it seem real. The only problem was it was from 2005. The statues of limitations is 4 years where I live. SCAMMERS

Attorney Anthony Brown

A person called and left me a voicemail, from a private number, stating they were from the county process server.. he even used my own towns county. Said he needs me to call them at 877-314-0121 and that the attorney was Anthony Brown, gave me a court case number and said the summons came back as undeliverable. They also called other family looking for me, that's illegal and harassment! This type of stuff needs to be stopped!

This scammer called my ex-wife

She told me the info they gave her including a court case number and had her scared. Thankfully, her and I are close, and I don't panic easy. But wow! The phone number given was 877-314-0121…the court number was some 299**25cv, I left out two digits just in case this is a real case for someone…it isn't mine. [censored]es.

I was told by a lady who called me from 657-262-3567 that I was being sued in civil court. The person acted like they were a the Cobb County Civil Court. I was informed to call 855-415-2739 and pay money to resolve this. I called the actual county civil court and they told me this was a scam.
