I was contacted by email saying that I owed money for a cash loan that I took out online. I was never provided a phone number to call anyone the email just said contact David Harris personally by that email. The words that were used in what they called legal documentation did not sound like legal language that an attorney's office would use in legal documentation. And when I requested to see documentation of the loan that I took out they said that there was no paper forms that were sent and that was in clause 6 something of the agreement that I had signed. Then they stated that my IP address was connected to the account my social security number was connected to the account and then they said how would we have all this information if you did not take out this long personally. So at that point I requested to know what date the loan was taken out on what bank the money was deposited to and requested to see something that I had e- signed if it was something that was signed online. And I was never provided with this information from them they just kept stating that they had no documentation of this all they had was my IP address my social security number and my name.
