The Lady had an India accent. Had me go to my Amazon account, scroll to gift cards and stated several times that this will not be taken from my account, had me download a desk share app. Told me to go to my checking account.. I did and then closed the account; had me go to cashapp in an attempt to open a new account. I then hung up, called Amazon who saw that fraudulent activity was taking place and froze my account for 48 hrs. Called my bank to shut down my debit card and to check for fraudulent activity, deleted the deskshare app.
