Bought parts, sent money. They sent link to shipping information. Freight company sent email saying they need $700 for refundable insurance. Asked they send parts without insurance and they said they won’t due to their policy and said cost is now $600. Contacted seller and they said for us to pay $300 and they would pay other $300. Requested they handle as the agreement was for $1120 for parts and shipping. Indicated if parts weren’t sent requested Money be returned to Venmo. Haven’t received parts , money or response.
