Got a call from 'No caller id" They said there was lien on my car and I needed to be served. Gave me a case number and asked me to call. Guy said it was from a car repossessed in 2010. I asked why did they wait so long to call. He asked if I thought it would go away if I ignored it. He offered me a settlement of 25% down and monthly payments for 24 months. He asked when was best time to serve me. I asked for something in writing as this was highly unusual.. He said "good luck in court" and then hung up

This so called company called repeatedly Privately. Then they called my employer. They said that I owed them money from a vehicle that I returned to dealership in 2005.
They said they I owed them $6000 and they offered me a $4000 settlement in the past, but could not give me exact date. I told them that I never received any certified letter providing me with any details.
Then I asked them why would they wait almost 20 years to try to recupe any losses, way past statute of limitations.
He told me that they would forward it to legal for lawsuit of $6000.
I told them that they were scammers.
Phone number was 888-517-8050, Rose Gamez

Case # they gave me was # 2024-2553 ##.
I called them back and referenced different Case number and [censored] tells me "oh I found it".
Stupid because I made up different Case number.
Watch out for these scammers.
They gave me address of 655 N. Central, not Avenue or Boulevard, just North Central.

It's actually North Central AVENUE.
These are scammers.

First this place tried calling my personal phone wanting to serve me papers. I told them they had the wrong number. Then they start calling my place of employment repeatedly. i get called into HR with a phone number 877-693-1396 and case number beginning with 2024-? don't remember the rest. I call them and they are stating that i owe $15,000 for a Citibank mastercard and they are going to garnish my wages put a lien against my our property take me court. Ive never had a citibank mastercard in my life. So damn annoying.

The first call came from a private number on March 19th. She asked if I was going to be home so I could be served with documents. I told her no. She said that I needed to contact 877-693-1396 with this case number: 2__4-2__0_8.

The following day on March 20th, she left this voice mail message.

Attention, this is Darla with the county processing service verification in Highlands County. I'm calling because your case is red flagged and was transferred to my office because it looks like there was no resolution with the firm, and they still want to continue with the service. But if you have any final questions regarding your case, or if you need any documentation re-routed, please get in contact with the firm who's handling your case. Their contact number again is 877-693-1396. And reference your case number 2__4-2__0_8. Failing to contact the issuing firm will result in further legal proceedings to take place without your knowledge. So, it is a time sensitive matter. (my name) you've been notified.
